In her journey with Cowtown Couture, and while renting multiple booth locations in different locations, Amanda Wear realized the need for cooperative retail spaces in Fort Worth.

By opening The Market at Ridglea, she hopes to be a champion of small business and give small retailers a platform to success.

We have a variety of booth size options and can work within your needs and budget.  Leases are renewed every six months.

We are located at 3400 Bernie Anderson at Ridglea, steps away from Ridglea Country Club and 6333 Camp Bowie.  It is located adjacent to Tom Thumb, Sprouts, a hair salon, a day spa, a popular nail salon, several popular sit down restaurants, and Goody Goody Liquor Store. 

Our Roanoke location is located on the thriving Oak St in Downtown Roanoke.  Steps from the historic Babe's Chicken and a huge selection of entertainment options, The Market at Roanoke is centrally located to Keller, Trophy Club, Southlake, Northlake, and the Alliance area.

Our third location is located in sought after Aledo, TX, one of the fastest growing DFW suburbs.  We are conveniently located across from Berkshires and in between the storied Railhead Restaurant and the brand new Pulido's. 

No need for staffing or employees - we take care of checkout, tax reporting, and straightening your displays at the end of each day. Like other vendor malls, we do not require work hours from our retailers.  Retailer benefits include access to real time sales reporting, 24 hour security, special events, a robust cohesive marketing plan (including social media posts, fliers, an email marketing list of over 6000, and the collective marketing effort of 60 plus vendors), dumpster access (Market at Ridglea and Market at Aledo only), and optional package receiving.  

Special events planned and executed by our staff (so you don't have to!). Sip and Shop, Santa visits, trunk shows, coordinated end of season sale events, etc. 

Vendors are invited to our vendor group - a supportive group where we can learn from each other!  Form life long friendships and connections to other boutique owners. 

We are always accepting vendor applications. Our locations are currently fully leased with leases renewing every six months.  Rent starts at just $50 per month for Artisan space.  We will reach out as we have space available.  Do not be discouraged if you do not get a reply right away!
